BELhospice’s ‘Prue Dufour’ Educational Centre hosted another succesful
training seminar during November and
December of 2009.
15 doctors and nurses from public and private hospitals and district
health care centres attended this
course, which lasted for 6 days
(36 hours).
We were delighted to have Dr Dan Hinshaw as our special guest lecturer
from the USA. Dr Hinshaw was able to
communicate both his expert knowledge
and his experience.
This course was held as a part of obligatory continual medical
education and was accredited as a
domestic course of the 1st
category. All the attendants received 6
credit points at the end of the course.
