Dr Leonida Djukanovic held a short lecture about palliative care at Orthodox University in Belgrade and presented the work of BELhospice centre to postgraduate students of this University.

Students showed great interest in this subject and wanted to know what can be done to improve the quality of life of oncological patients in advanced stages of their illnesses and in which way volunteers can contribute in this process.

This meeting opened possibilities for further cooperation with students of theology.
