    When filling out the donation form, you need to enter your personal data and email address.<\/span><\/span> Registration is done only once, and every next time you visit https:\/\/belhospice.org, the system will automatically recognize you by the entered email address and update your other data.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    In the donation amount field, you need to enter the amount you want to donate and choose the currency.<\/span><\/span> All transactions on our site are calculated in dinars (RSD).<\/span><\/span> If you have chosen another currency, the value of the transaction will be converted into dinars at the valid middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.<\/span><\/span> The minimum donation amount is RSD 500.00.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Before you confirm the purchase order, you can double-check all the details: the donation amount, the orderer’s information.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Payment<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    It supports the following payment methods:<\/span><\/span> – by payment card (online payment)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    If you have a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard or American Express payment card approved by the issuing bank for online payment, choose this payment method.<\/span><\/span> After confirming the purchase order, you will be redirected to the website of Banca Intesa Beograd.<\/span><\/span> On the bank’s website, you enter the data from the payment card and make the payment.<\/span><\/span> If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to our site with a notification that the payment was successfully completed.<\/span><\/span> In case the payment failed, you will be returned to our site with information about the payment failure and you will be able to repeat the payment or choose another payment method.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    For security reasons, your payment card information is visible only to Bank Intesa Beograd as a card processor.<\/span><\/span> The bank’s website is protected and secure for this payment method.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Delivery of goods and possible restrictions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    During the purchase process, a confirmation is sent to the donor by e-mail.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Protection of confidential transaction data<\/strong><\/p>\n

    When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.<\/p>\n

    Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Complaints related to the made referral (donation) are possible in the following cases:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Abuse of the card;<\/li>\n
    2. Wrongly entered amount (zero more, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In the case of complaints for one of the above-mentioned two reasons, they are received by sending an e-mail with a confirmation of the completed transaction to the e-mail address predrag.simic@belhospice.org and attaching a scanned request for refund in free form stating the reason. The request must contain the signature of the cardholder and a scanned ID card, as well as a contact phone number. The sender will be contacted and the funds returned within 10 days after the contact is established. Funds are returned to the account linked to the payment card with which the donation was made.<\/p>\n

      Requests can also be sent by mail to: “Center for palliative care and palliative medicine BELhospice”, 20th Oktober Street 12a, 11050 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, and must contain all elements as well as requests sent by e-mail.<\/p>\n

      Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n

      In case of refund of funds to a donor who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, “Belhospice Center for Palliative Care and Palliative Medicine” is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC\/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.<\/p>\n

      Statement of Conversion<\/p>\n

      If you have chosen another currency, the value of the transaction will be converted into dinars at the valid middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. Your payment card will be charged for the specified amount in dinars. If your payment card is not linked to a dinar account, the amount of the transaction in dinars will be converted into the currency of your account according to the exchange rate of your bank, i.e. the issuer of the payment card. Due to the aforementioned conversions, certain deviations from the original transaction amount are possible.<\/p>\n

        Enter the amount you wish to donate into the \u201cAmount\u201d field. The minimum amount is 500.00RSD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. Order Review and Confirmation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Before confirming your order, check the accuracy of all order details: donation amount and donor information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The Foundation supports the following payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        - Credit Card (online payment)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you have a Visa or MasterCard credit card approved by the issuing bank for online payment, select this payment method. Once your order is confirmed you will be redirected to the Banca Intesa Beograd website. Enter the necessary payment data for credit card payment completion. If the transaction is successful you will be redirected to our site with notification that payment has been successfully completed. If payment is not successful, you will be redirected to our site with information about the failed payment upon which you may choose to re-submit the existing payment or select another payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        For security reasons, your credit card data is only available to Banca Intensa Beograd through which the payment is processed. Payments made via the Banca Intesa site are protected and secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

         Online Payment Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Online credit card payment information is submitted through the Banca Intesa page which is secure and protected (encrypted) using SSL protocol and PKI, which are currently the most modern technologies. Safety of the data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment processor Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, Serbia. The payment process is completely at the pages of the Bank.         Complaints concerning online donation are possible in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Misuse of the card;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Incorrectly entered amount (more zeros, etc..).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Complaints should be sent by e-mail confirmation of the transaction to predrag.simic@belhospice.org<\/a> together with  scanned and signed refund request in free form with contact information stating the reason of complaint. The sender will be contacted, and the funds returned within 10 days after the established contact. The funds are returned to the account that is linked to the credit card that made \u200b\u200bthe donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, \u201cCenter for palliative care and palliative medicine BELhospice\u201d is obliged to refund done solely via VISA, EC \/ MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will request the seller to do recovery funds to the account of the cardholder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Conversion statement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in foreign currency into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
