Palliative care involves the prevention and relief of suffering through early detection and assessment of various symptoms of the disease, both physical and psycho-social and spiritual.<\/p>\n In order to implement a holistic approach, a multidisciplinary team is necessary, which is a central component of palliative care. Our team includes members from various health and other professions and disciplines.<\/p>\n Our services are completely free, every day from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.<\/p>\n Our team cooperates with health services at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels, as well as with social welfare institutions. We take care of a number of different medical and psychosocial needs of the patient, while continuously providing support to family members as well.
