Workshops, music, and socializing showed how much the power of community means to families and patients. <\/p>\n<p>The month of palliative care has been celebrated worldwide since 2005, at the initiative of the World Health Organization. <\/p>\n<p>In Serbia, BELhospice is one of the main initiators of raising awareness about the importance of this month.<\/p>\n<p>For more than <strong>20 years<\/strong>, our multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, psychologists and social workers has provided <strong>free support to more than 8,000 patients and their families<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The celebration continues throughout October \u2013 <strong>because caring is not a privilege, but a right<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_3,1_3,1_3&#8243;
