This year, World Hospice and Palliative Care Day falls on 10 October.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every step you take this month can be a clear voice saying: <strong>palliative care is something that belongs to all of us<\/strong>, not only to those lucky enough to have heard of it. Access to palliative care shouldn&#8217;t come down to luck, chance or circumstance \u2013 i<strong>t should be a right guaranteed to every one of us.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why palliative care?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Palliative care is a holistic approach to looking after people with incurable illnesses \u2013 at home, surrounded by family, from the very first day of the diagnosis. BELhospice provides it free of charge to adult oncology patients and to children with serious and life-limiting illnesses and conditions, through home visits by a team of doctors, nurses, social workers and psychologists. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This October, we&#8217;re taking that quiet, everyday care and turning it into something loud \u2013 the kilometres that you turn into support and into a clear message: <strong>&#8220;we all deserve equal access to palliative care&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to take part?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">STEP ONE<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make a donation of 3,000 RSD to the account of the BELhospice Centre for Palliative Care and Medicine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Account: 170-230030536-65<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment reference: Run and Walk<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">STEP TWO<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individually \u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mypacer.com\/\">Download the Pacer app<\/a> on your phone, join the BELhospice group, and log the kilometres you cover over the month.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">STEP THREE<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send proof of payment to our colleague Tijana \u010caki\u0107 at <a href=\"mailto:tijana.cakic@belhospice.org\"><strong>tijana.cakic@belhospice.org<\/strong><\/a> or via WhatsApp on +381 60 711 4449.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">STEP FOUR<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ll then send you the access code for the Pacer group, and you&#8217;re ready to start walking.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When to take part?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This time, the campaign starts on Friday, 18 September 2026 and runs for a month, but you&#8217;re welcome to join at any point along the way.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pridru\u017eite nam se pojedina\u010dno ili timski, gde god da se nalazite \u2013 prijavite se sami ili \u010ditav tim va\u0161e kompanije i uklju\u010dite kolege u zajedni\u010dki izazov.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This year&#8217;s Run &amp;
