A fair for the third age, in which BELhospice participated as an exhibitor, was held in Belgrade. This was the third fair in a row dedicated to life in the third age.
In the period from 1 – 3 April 2016, the fair for the third age (55+) was held so that the members of the 55+ population could meet each other, the service providers, and products made to make life at this age of higher quality, at the same place. It is an opportunity for the visitors to directly get to know the work of the supplying institutions and civic associations, individuals and firms that influence the improvement of the quality of life for the older citizens, introducing many benefits and contents that are available to them on the whole territory of Serbia.

In the exhibiting part, fliers were given to the interested visitors and the work of BELhospice was closely explained on the part of our staff, Dr. Snežana Davidović, nurses Ivana Račić and Dragana Petrović, volunteer coordinator Katarina Sivčević, secretary Jagoda Milijaš and volunteers Ivana Bašaragin, Milana Bašaragin and Uroš Kanački.
Besides the exhibiting and the cultural artistic program, the concept of the fair included an educational part in which nurse Ivana Račić and social worker Mijodrag Bogićević presented the work of BELhospice center and explained the concept of hospice care.
We use this chance to also thank the volunteer Aleksandra Dimić for helping in the participation and presentation of BELhospice center on this year’s fair for the third age.
