BELhospice team 2013 for the Belgrade Marathon consisted of 282 runners in green T-shirts!

The team was the most numerous one at this year’s Marathon. BELhospice team ran for the cancer patients cared for by BELhospice Centre. For months before the Marathon, along with preparations for the race, these runners had their personal campaigns to motivate their friends, colleagues and relatives to sponsor their run, by donating money that would finally be deposited to BELhospice account. This year’s activities resulted in 1.149.186,00 RSD collected.

Company Actavis wanted for all the funds collected by runners to be given to BELhospice Centre and they decided to pay their participation fees and costs of organisation. Company Fush donated special running T-shirts. Website Trkac.net was in charge of informing the public and guiding the training of our team. Aleksandar, Mirko, Duća and Nataša produced fantastic photos of this event. Our volunteers became more numerous. And most important of all – on that day, many people heard of BELhospice and its activities.
