BELhospice relaunched, within the School of Palliative Care, the work of the Alumni Club, which will organise 6 professional meetings during 2013. Members of the BELhospice Alumni Club are professionals who attended courses of palliative care organised by BELhospice.

This year’s first professional meeting was held of 5 March and the lecturer was Dr Leonida Mirilo, with the subject „Palliative Care in Last Hours of Life“. This professional meeting was attended by 27 interested colleagues, who had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of palliative care and to exchange experiences, in order to jointly promote palliative care in Serbia.

Next meeting of the alumni club will be held on Tuesday, 9 March 2013, at 18.00 hours, at the Prue Dufour Educational Centre (Belgrade, Dalmatinska Street no. 72-74, entrance from Vladetina Street). Dr Nataša Milićević will give a lecture on “Obstipation”.

All the professional meetings of the BELhospice are accredited by Health Council of Republic of Serbia and their attendants are awarded two points.
