Training for leaders and experts on patient’s rights protection was held in Belgrade on 4-6 October 2013. Organized by the Bulgarian “New Leaders” Foundation, it was attended by thirty two participants from six Balkan countries.

BELhospice’s social worker, Mijodrag Bogićević, had an opportunity to present the work of BELhospice Centre, as well as the problems that patients and their families face in palliative care, to other participants. As one of the training’s goals was to establish cooperation between the organisations that were present, we are glad that we managed to arrange future partnerships with several of them.
