BELhospice runners for the first hospice in Serbia

For BELhospice, yesterday was really a perfect day! This year, around 1000 runners dedicated their kilometers to patients that BELhospice cares for.

Thanks to support of Belgrade marathon, all the runners, our partner BENU Apoteka, as well as companies Asseco SEE Srbija, Erste bank, Telenor Srbija, Wiener Städtische osiguranje, Apatinska Pivara, Ball Packaging Europe, whose employees ran as members of BELhospice team, we suceeded in raising 35,000 EUR for the work of BELhospice and for the first in-patient hospice in Serbia.

In cooperation with Belgrade marathon and Garmin Srbija, 12 BELhospice runners, who were again this year official Belgrade marathon pacemakers, tried to lead to the finish line all those who wanted to reach it in specific time and pace.

A big thank you to most devoted team Scholz & Friends, that stands always by our side (and to Marko who ran his first halfmarathon), to company FUSH that traditionally donates BH t-shirts which became a symbol of BELhospice team; thanks to Sky Wellness and Wellness Land teams that supported us during the 3 month period of training and preparations for this day. We also thank companies Coca Cola, Grafix, Agi Pasta Away and Rauch which supported the organisation of this event.

Thank you to our volunteers who took care of our runners, to massage therapists that you loved the most yesterday, and to our photographers, who captured with their cameras all the beautiful moments of the day.
