Spring rolls race was organised on Sunday at Ada Ciganlija with 200 runners who took part. Organizers of this race were members of BELhospice team, Sasa, Kaca, Pop and Milos.
With this charity campaign, organised as a part of project “BELhospice team at Belgrade marathon 2014”, 60.410 din were raised for the work of BELhospice centre.
The race was held on 8km long track at Ada Ciganlija. In the single category for men, first place was won by Bojan Milosevic with time 30:23, second place went to Milan Milojkovic (30:59), and third to Goran Vendlener (31:19). In female single category the fastest was Biljana Vlacic 37:10, second place went to Sanja Cvetic (37:17) and third to Marija Cosic (40:34). In the relay race category, first place was won by Jelena Selakovic, Igor Cvetanovic and Milos Rajicevic, second place relay team of Stefan Kovac and Marko Medojevic and third place was won by Jovan Samardzic, Ivana Gazivoda, Nikola Petrovic and Stanoje Jovanovic.
We express our gratitude to the Public Company Ada Ciganlija for having us, to Rowing Club of Belgrade University for being great hosts and having met all our needs, to Ivan Budja, who provided all the props so that the race looks like all big races, to all our friends who helped us unconditionally on the day of the race, as well as the companies Toi Toi, Red Bull and Chips Way.
