A New Year’s Workshop was held on December 22nd 2016 on the premises of the BELhospice center to celebrate the coming New Year and Christmas holidays. BELhospice center employees together with the volunteers and patients had the opportunity to express their creativity and skills by making holiday cards and ornaments.

This event was one of a series of activities with the purpose of reactivating the social lives of patients with serious and incurable illnesses and providing them with a creative outlet. Many different materials were at the disposal of the workshop participants for that purpose.
In the festive atmosphere of the workshop there was plenty of cheer, love, laughter, accompanied by good music and food. In this pleasant ambience many fine creative cards and ornaments were produced.
The workshop was attended by independent artist Vladan Stojanović whose guitar music and singing cheered and relaxed everyone.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank him and the volunteers who helped give lifts to patients and the organization of the workshop itself.
This creative workshop was organized as part of the “Strengthening Civil Society” project, supported financially by the The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Belgrade.
