“BELhospice Center for Palliative Care and Palliative Medicine” undertakes and guarantees the preservation and protection of the privacy of the data of all our customers and donors.
“BELhospice Center for Palliative Care and Palliative Medicine” collects only necessary, basic data about donors and data necessary for business operations and user information in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give donors choices, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from the mailing lists they use for our marketing efforts. All information about donors is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the information to perform their work. All employees of the “Belhospice Center for Palliative Care and Palliative Medicine” are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
We undertake not to use the collected data for any other purpose.

The content displayed on this site, such as texts, photos, logos, video and audio recordings, design (banners, icons), and software are the property of “Belhospice Center for Palliative Care and Palliative Medicine” and may not be used without prior consent.
Working hours
Online donation through the website https://belhospice.org works from 00:00 to 24:00, 7 days a week. In case of technical problems or during regular maintenance, the site may be unavailable for a short period of time, of which you will be notified.

Donation conditions
https://belhospice.org is a web presentation that operates in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce and all other valid laws and regulations in the Republic of Serbia.
The detailed conditions of the donation are listed in the following text. Please familiarize yourself with them before making a donation:
Donating
When donating, you need to follow the following steps:
- Data entry for registration
- Entering the donation amount
- Final data review
- Review and confirmation of donation
1. Registration
When filling out the donation form, you need to enter your personal data and email address. Registration is done only once, and every next time you visit https://belhospice.org, the system will automatically recognize you by the entered email address and update your other data.
2. Amount entry
In the donation amount field, you need to enter the amount you want to donate and choose the currency. All transactions on our site are calculated in dinars (RSD). If you have chosen another currency, the value of the transaction will be converted into dinars at the valid middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The minimum donation amount is RSD 500.00.
3. Review and confirmation of the purchase order
Before you confirm the purchase order, you can double-check all the details: the donation amount, the orderer’s information.
Payment
It supports the following payment methods: – by payment card (online payment)
If you have a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard or American Express payment card approved by the issuing bank for online payment, choose this payment method. After confirming the purchase order, you will be redirected to the website of Banca Intesa Beograd. On the bank’s website, you enter the data from the payment card and make the payment. If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to our site with a notification that the payment was successfully completed. In case the payment failed, you will be returned to our site with information about the payment failure and you will be able to repeat the payment or choose another payment method.
For security reasons, your payment card information is visible only to Bank Intesa Beograd as a card processor. The bank’s website is protected and secure for this payment method.
Delivery of goods and possible restrictions
During the purchase process, a confirmation is sent to the donor by e-mail.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
Complaints
Complaints related to the made referral (donation) are possible in the following cases:
- Abuse of the card;
- Wrongly entered amount (zero more, etc.).
In the case of complaints for one of the above-mentioned two reasons, they are received by sending an e-mail with a confirmation of the completed transaction to the e-mail address predrag.simic@belhospice.org and attaching a scanned request for refund in free form stating the reason. The request must contain the signature of the cardholder and a scanned ID card, as well as a contact phone number. The sender will be contacted and the funds returned within 10 days after the contact is established. Funds are returned to the account linked to the payment card with which the donation was made.
Requests can also be sent by mail to: “Center for palliative care and palliative medicine BELhospice”, 20th Oktober Street 12a, 11050 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, and must contain all elements as well as requests sent by e-mail.
Refunds
In case of refund of funds to a donor who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, “Belhospice Center for Palliative Care and Palliative Medicine” is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.
Statement of Conversion
If you have chosen another currency, the value of the transaction will be converted into dinars at the valid middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. Your payment card will be charged for the specified amount in dinars. If your payment card is not linked to a dinar account, the amount of the transaction in dinars will be converted into the currency of your account according to the exchange rate of your bank, i.e. the issuer of the payment card. Due to the aforementioned conversions, certain deviations from the original transaction amount are possible.
