The BELhospice charity ball “The Heart of the Circle: A Night Lit by Love” was an evening shining with love, support and humanity, dedicated to raising funds for free palliative care of adult oncology patients, supporting their families and caring for children with life-limiting illnesses.

More than 200 wonderful and generous guests gathered in the beautiful Crystal Hall of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, creating an atmosphere filled with warmth, togetherness and humanity. This ball once again showed how kindness, an open heart and a common mission can change the lives of those facing the most difficult moments.

The hosts of the evening, Snežana Dakić and Djorji, brought charm, warmth and emotion, while Alex Djordjević from DeGorsi Luxury Consulting masterfully led the exciting live auction.

The special charm of the event was given by the performances of children from the Music Art Project program – Music of Hope, the energy and performance of the band Funkier Project, as well as the beautiful and emotional interpretation of our special guest – Ana Stanić.

In a common circle of love and solidarity, we managed to collect more than 107,000 EUR to provide free palliative care to adult oncology patients, psychosocial support to their families and continuous care for children with life-limiting diseases.

That’s the strength of community. That’s the power of this circle.

From the last Ball until today, thanks to the support of the community of kindness, BELhospice has:

• provided more than 2,200 home visits,
• provided 3,600 telephone consultations,
• helped over 300 adult patients and 420 members of their families,
• provided more than 515 treatments and over 40 hours of rest to parents of children with serious illnesses,
• trained more than 80 professionals from health and social care,
• connected over 70 companies, 1100 individuals and 60 volunteers.
