Rental of orthopedic aids

Our service of providing orthopedic aids aims to maintain the quality of life by enabling the independence of patients in accordance with realistic possibilities, which include:

• preserving the patient’s mobility and helping family members by ensuring the patient’s independence,
• prevention of anti-decubitus wounds and facilitation of daily care of patients with difficulty moving or immobile.

The BELhospice center has a limited number of medical beds, anti-decubitus mattresses, wheelchairs and wheelchairs, toilet chairs, crutches, canes, walkers and other orthopedic aids. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information and educate you on how to use each orthopedic aid.

Aids are given to the patient/family for use as long as there is a need. After the end of the need, the family returns the aids so that we have the opportunity to help other fellow citizens as well.
